1) Acceptance of terms

By accessing solvefinity.com, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the site.

2) Content & ownership

All site content—including text, images, designs, lessons, downloads, and branding—is owned by Solvefinity (or licensed to us) and protected by copyright and other laws.

3) Permitted use

You may view the site and, where provided, download resources for personal and classroom (non-commercial) use. You may adapt materials for your own students.

You may not repost files publicly, repackage, sell, or redistribute our resources or code without written permission.

If/when paid resources are offered, additional license terms will apply and will be presented at purchase.

4) Downloads & “as-is” notice

Free and paid downloads (when available) are provided as-is for educational purposes. We don’t guarantee a particular outcome in your classroom or systems. Always review materials for suitability and accessibility for your students.

5) User submissions

If you send feedback or ideas, you grant us a non-exclusive license to use them to improve the site and offerings (we won’t publish your private info without consent).

6) Acceptable use

Don’t attempt to disrupt the site, bypass security, scrape at scale, or use the site for unlawful activity. Don’t infringe third-party rights.

7) Third-party links & tools

We may link to or embed third-party tools and sites. We aren’t responsible for their content or practices. Use them at your discretion and review their terms/policies.

8) No warranties

The site and materials are provided “as-is” and “as-available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied (including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement).

9) Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Solvefinity isn’t liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenues, data, or use arising from your use of the site or resources.

10) Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Solvefinity from claims or liabilities arising from your misuse of the site, violation of these Terms, or infringement of others’ rights.

11) Digital products & payments (future-facing)

• Access: you’ll receive download access after payment.
• License: personal/classroom, non-transferable, non-commercial unless otherwise stated.
• Refunds: unless specified, digital sales are final due to instant access; we may consider case-by-case issues (e.g., duplicate purchase).
• Taxes/fees: you’re responsible for any applicable taxes.
• Delivery issues: contact us promptly via the Contact page.

12) Intellectual property concerns

If you believe something on the site infringes your rights, use the Contact page with details (URL, description, proof of ownership). We’ll review promptly.

13) Changes to the Terms

We may update these Terms; continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms. The effective date will be updated at the top.

14) Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Maryland, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any disputes will be heard in state or federal courts located in Maryland, and you consent to their jurisdiction.
